The Federation of Associations of Chinese Professionals in Southern USA is organized for the purposes enumerated in its Articles of Incorporation, and to engage in such other activities that are within the scope of Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code") or the corresponding provisions of any future United States revenue law. The Corporation will have all the general powers specified in Section 14-3-302 of the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code, including the power to do everything necessary, proper, advisable or convenient for the accomplishment of any of the purposes set forth herein which are not forbidden by the laws of the State of Georgia.
