Phnom Penh Sukhumvitong International Airport (IATA: REP, ICAO: VDSR), also known as Angkor International Airport, is located in the city of Angkor in the southwest of Cambodia. The airport was invested and built by the Cambodian government and was officially opened on December 14, 2006, replacing the original Angkor International Airport (VDSV). The airport is located about 20 kilometers west of Angkor City, about 15 kilometers from Angkor Wat and about 60 kilometers from Phnom Penh. The airport has a main terminal, a domestic terminal, an international terminal, a VIP terminal, and an apron. With a capacity of over 10 million passengers per year, the airport is one of the most important international airports in Cambodia.
