    Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is one of the largest international airports in China, located in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, about 25 kilometers from the city center. Officially opened on May 5, 2004, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is the first comprehensive international airport in China, and the first international airport in China to achieve 24-hour operation.

    Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport has three runways, of which the main runway is 4,200 meters long, the longest runway in China, and can meet the take-off and landing needs of large passenger aircraft. The airport has a domestic terminal, an international terminal and a cargo terminal with three concourses that can accommodate more than 100,000 passengers simultaneously. The airport has comprehensive facilities, including a business center, VIP lounges, banks, ATMs, shopping centers, restaurants and cafes to meet the various needs of passengers.

    Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is one of the most important international aviation hubs in China and can accommodate more than 150 million passengers per year. The airport can schedule more than 1,000 flights per day, connecting China to the rest of the world, making it the most important international aviation hub in southern China.
