Changzhi Wangcun Airport is a civil airport located in Wangcun Town, Xiangqi County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. It was officially opened to traffic on December 28, 2012, and is the third civil airport in Shanxi Province. The airport covers an area of about 2.2 square kilometers, with a runway length of 1,800 meters and a width of 45 meters. The runway is designed for flight type B, which can meet the takeoff and landing requirements of large passenger aircraft. The airport has a terminal building, which can accommodate 200 people waiting for planes at the same time, with facilities such as security check, baggage claim, ticketing and business lounge, which can meet the travel needs of passengers. The airport can realize 20 flights per day and can realize flight connections. Currently, it has opened flights to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing, Kunming, Xi`an, Jinan, Qingdao, Shenyang, Dalian, Harbin, Changchun, Urumqi and other cities.
