He went on to earn his Juris Doctor’s Degree in the U.S. and successfully passed the professional license examination. He is a licensed attorney and has practiced various immigration nationwide and commercial cases in California for twenty four years.
Mr. Ying has written the Legal column in many local newspapers. In addition, he has hosted legal radio programs and volunteered to lecture courses on U.S. legal affairs for better serving the Chinese community.
