Dr. Crystal's Medical Degree is from the University of Pennsylanvia School of Medicine. He completed his Internship at Flower and Fifth Avenue Hospital, Metropolitan Hospital Center, New York Medical College. Dr. Crystal completed his ophthalmology residency training at Downstate Medical Center, State University of New York.
