  • The Beijing Association of New York

The Beijing Association of New York, established since 2005 by a group of dedicated and predominant business people from Beijing, is now one of the main-stream Chinese cultural and educational associations. It is also certified and licensed as a non-political organization by the US government. Our main purpose is to promote US-China cultural, financial and educational exchanges within the Chinese community in New York.

Not only had we participated and organized the funding process for the well-known “Water Cube” Olympic swimming pool construction, and became one of the largest group that had ever donated to this project from a foreign county, we were also there for the devastated snow storm in southern China, the Sichuan earthquake, the tornado tragedy in Taiwan, and hurricane Katrina in New Orleans from the very beginning.

The association also hosts various informational workshops, provides services to the community, helps the folks who are suffering, and organize different sport and social events. In another word, we have established a very position image of ourselves over the years and have become one of the most influential organizations in the Chinese community.
