Business Incubator of Wenzhou Hi-tech Park, established on March 16,2001,is a non-profit and public-good service organization attached to Administrative Commission of Wenzhou Hi-Tech Park. The incubator creates a favorable environment and all-round services for benefiting technical innovation and industrialization, cultivating technology-based start-up and fledgling enterprises and promoting the development of hi-tech industry of Wenzhou City. The Center is located at the golden section of Wenzhou hi-tech park with an area of 240 Mu and an investment of RMB 300 Million.
