The Li Rong Wushu and Qigong Academy was founded by Master Li Rong in 1992. It is a unique center for health and well being as it espouses the teaching of Wushu, Taijiquan and Qigong in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere for both exercise and rejuvenation of Mind and Body. The academy aims to help people in restoring and achieving their optimal health and well being, as well as to promote the understanding and method of ancient Chinese Martial and Healing Arts.
Some of the programs at the academy include the Internal Martial Arts styles (taijiquan, baguazhang, xingyi), Wushu (Long, Short, Exotic weapons), and Qigong. In addition, the newest style of taijiquan, Tristar Taijiquan is fast sweeping China and is slowly becoming known in North America. We are the first school to teach this style to the public.
