Kanda and Tso Associates is an independent consulting structural engineering firm whose practice is devoted to the general field of building structures. Services are offered primarily to architects, institutions, various political subdivisions as well as private owners and the legal community.
The founding principals have established this practice with the goal of providing a structural engineering service based on consistency, superior quality, integrity and overall excellence.
The firm is a California corporation established in January 1991, with offices in South Pasadena, California. Most of the work has been devoted to serving as collaborating design professional to architects in the design of public schools, health care facilities, public institutions, utility company buildings, facilities for private firms; and performing a variety of seismic evaluations/assessments for public and private entities located in Los Angeles, Orange, Santa Barbara, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties.
